AGES, HEIGHTS AND WEIGHT ALLOWED

  Height and age limits for the two children's areas, tropical Paradise up to the age of 12 and Children Foam Slides, better known as Brandinhas, which can be used up to a height of 1.20 meters.

  Height limit - Most body slides allow users over 1 meter in height. On slides with a float, you can be between 0.90m and 1.20m tall, as long as you are accompanied by an adult on a double float. To ride a single slide, you must be over 1.20m tall.

  In the Jacuzzi, the minimum height allowed is 1.40m and in the Big Fall, better known as "capsules", it is 1.25m.

  Slides with a float can be between 0.90m and 1.20m as long as you are accompanied by an adult in a double float. The weight limit is 100kg in a single raft, 200kg in a double raft and in the BigWave with 2 or 4 people the maximum weight is 320kg.

  The depth of the pools varies: the children's pool is between 0.2m and 0.4m; the swimming pool is between 1m and 1.60m; the pools with slides are between 1m and 1.20m deep, except for the Drops pool, which is 1.60m deep.

  Slides with some enclosed parts are not recommended for people who are claustrophobic, have heart problems or are pregnant.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

No glass or other sharp objects are allowed.

You can bring food and drink into the park, but nothing in glass. Lunch boxes and bags may be searched at the entrance.

Apart from the fact that we cannot be held responsible for their loss or theft, they are objects that can damage equipment or hurt the wearer.

Cell phones and cameras are prohibited on the slides.

The only exception is the use of GoPro-type action cameras on the float slides, duly secured by elastic chest or head straps. No remote-controlled toys or drones are allowed inside the premises without prior authorization from the Management.

There are restrictions on wearing clothes on the slides.

If, for cultural or personal reasons, you have to wear clothes other than shorts, swimsuits or bikinis, they must be made of tight lycra without any metal parts. This is the case with t-shirts or the burqa. Shoes/socks suitable for water may be worn, but they must not contain any metal parts. We cannot be held responsible for damage to any clothing used in our entertainment.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

  We cannot be held responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or within the park. We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car or on the grass, as we have safes at your disposal to store them.

  No entry for children under 12 who are not accompanied by people of legal age who are responsible for their supervision and behavior.

  Prohibition of access to people who, due to their condition, may disturb public order or tranquility. Prohibition of access to people carrying weapons or objects that could be used as such. The management reserves the right to expel anyone who behaves in a dangerous or incorrect manner that does not comply with the Park Rules.

  It is forbidden to use the slopes from any intermediate point other than the launch pad. Leave the area in front of the slide immediately upon arrival. It is forbidden to stop at any point on the slopes or to form chairs or joints with other users. No running, pushing or diving is allowed.

  No food or drink may be taken onto the slides or into the pools. No garbage of any kind may be left outside the appropriate areas.
