1. Scope of Application
These General Ticket Sales Conditions apply to the purchase and sale of access tickets to the Slide & Splash Water Amusement Park, owned and operated by Correia & Santinha, Lda., including through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office which is part of the website Slide & Splash (https://www.slidesplash.com/), by consumers, hereinafter referred to as “Users” and each of them, individually, as “User”.
The User accepts that the purchase and sale of access tickets to Parque Slide & Splash at Correia & Santinha, Lda. will be subject to these General Ticket Sales Conditions, without prejudice to any other version thereof that is in force on the date of confirmation of ordering the ticket(s) by the User.
2. Seller’s Identification Data
Correia & Santinha, Lda. is a company with registered office at E. N. 125, Vale de Deus, municipality of Lagoa, registered at the Commercial Registry Office under the legal person number 501 585 583.
3. Services covered by the Slide & Splash Park access ticket
Slide & Splash Park is a water park with a maximum capacity indicated at the respective access entrance, which comprises several outdoor water fun attractions, grassy areas, restaurants, an ice cream shop, a convenience store, and regional souvenirs from the Slide & Splash Park, as identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map.
The purchase of ticket(s) from Correia & Santinha, Lda. only grants the right to access the Slide & Splash venue and the various water entertainment attractions that are available on the date indicated on the ticket and during the Slide's opening hours & Splash, with the limitations or conditions identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map, announced by Correia & Santinha, Lda. or resulting from the ticket and in accordance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations and the other rules contained in these General Ticket Sales Conditions, as well as all other operating and safety instructions published in the park spaces.
Each of the water fun attractions has specific characteristics, with access subject to verification of certain requirements, rules, restrictions and warnings, as identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map and the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes reasonable measures to help ensure that Slide & Splash and all Slide & Splash attractions and services provided therein are available on the previously announced dates and opening hours. However, Correia & Santinha, Lda. does not guarantee that on the date stated on the ticket all water amusement attractions are in normal and complete operation, nor that the User will be able to benefit from all amusement attractions, access to which will always be granted by order of arrival and upon verification that access does not contradict the limitations or conditions identified on the Slide & Splash Park Map, announced by Correia & Santinha, Lda. or resulting from the ticket and in accordance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Regulations or even by Slide & Splash employees.
4. Products and services not covered by the Slide & Splash Park access ticket
Any other products or services that are offered within the Slide & Splash premises, such as catering services, products offered for sale in the convenience store, regional Slide & Splash Park souvenirs, photographic service, deposit service in lockers, services associated with Fish Spa tanks, massage services, tattoo services and rental services for cabanas, parasols and sun loungers are not covered by the Slide & Splash access ticket, so all these products or services must be purchased by the User separately on site, in accordance with the specific conditions that apply to them.
The photographic service, as well as services associated with tattoos and Fish Spa tanks and massage services, are offered within the Slide & Splash venue by companies independent of Correia & Santinha, Lda.
5. Slide & Splash Park opening dates and times
The opening dates and times of the Slide & Splash Park are announced on the Slide & Splash website, on the respective social networks and at Correia & Santinha, Lda points of sale. However, the opening dates of the Slide & Splash Park are subject to changes that will always be duly announced through the same means.
Even though Correia & Santinha, Lda. takes measures to prevent ticket purchases from being processed for dates on which Slide & Splash is closed, the User must always check prior to completing their purchase whether, on the selected date, the Slide & Splash is predictably open.
6. Risk of closure of Slide & Splash Park and attractions or services available at Slide & Splash Park on the date of access
Correia & Santinha may, for reasons of force majeure of an operational, climatic, safety, health, legal or other nature, close the Slide & Splash, or suspend access to any water entertainment attraction or service, without prior notice to the Users, which constitutes a risk inherent to the contract signed between Correia & Santinha Lda. and the User, with no discount on the ticket price or refund.
7. Acquisition of Tickets for access to Parque Slide & Splash at Parque Slide & Splash at physical points of sale of Correia & Santinha, Lda.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. offers for sale ticket(s) to access Slide & Splash at the ticket offices located at the entrance to the Slide & Splash Park and at duly identified points of sale.
Ticket types, available dates, unit prices and these General Ticket Sales Conditions will be available prior to the completion of the purchase of the ticket(s) by the User.
8. Acquisition of Tickets for access to Slide & Splash Park access services through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office
Correia & Santinha also sells access tickets to Slide & Splash through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office.
8.1. Contract conclusion process
To access the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, the User must select the “Buy” button available at https://slidesplash.com/.
You will then be presented with a calendar showing the dates on which the Slide & Splash Park is open and closed, and you must select the date of your choice from the dates that are available.
After selecting the “next” option, the “Purchases” tab will be displayed, comprising the types of tickets, special conditions that apply and the unit price for each type of ticket in euros, which already includes VAT at the legal rate in force.
Once the type of ticket and the number of tickets to order have been selected, the “next” option must be selected, and an online form will appear to enter the reservation details (specifically, name, email, confirmation email, mobile phone), email for offer, if applicable, and billing data (specifically, name, address, postal code, location, country, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
After completing the form and selecting the “next” option, it will be possible to select the payment method, with the following payment methods being available: VISA or MASTERCARD card, Multibanco and MB Way, managed by MEO Wallet (MEO Wallet is a service from Altice Pay, S.A., a payment institution registered with the Bank of Portugal under number 8705, belonging to the Altice Portugal Group). All fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
To complete the ordering process at the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, the “Continue Purchase” option must be selected.
Following completion of the ordering process at the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, an email will be sent to the email address indicated by the User on the form accompanied by the Slide & Splash access tickets and the invoice corresponding to the purchase. The contract will be concluded with confirmation and payment of the order by the User. If the order is not confirmed within the deadlines set out in the respective payment method, it will be considered cancelled.
Throughout the entire process, it is possible to go back to the previous step, simply by selecting the “previous” option, and a table will also be displayed with a summary of the order, in particular, the date of the visit, the type of ticket, the quantity and the partial and total price. To this extent, the User can always review the data and correct or change it. In the last phase of the process, the User can cancel the process by selecting the “cancel purchase” option.
8.2. Price Payment Processing when purchasing via Electronic Ticketing
The amount due as price by the User in return for the Slide & Splash access ticket will be debited by Correia & Santinha, Lda. as soon as confirmation of the order has been received.
8.3. Delivery of purchased tickets
The ticket(s) purchased through Slide & Splash Electronic Ticketing will be issued and sent to the User's confirmation email immediately after and on the date of confirmation of the order by the User.
Failure to pay for the ticket(s) following a debit order made by Correia & Santinha, Lda. considering the payment details indicated in the order, gives Correia & Santinha, Lda. the right to immediate termination of the contract, in which case the User will receive a notification email to the User's confirmation email and the ticket(s) that have already been issued will be cancelled.
9. Price Changes
Ticket prices may be changed unilaterally by Correia & Santinha, Lda. However, any changes will not affect any order that has been confirmed by the User, including orders placed through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office.
10. Lack of Right of Free Resolution when purchasing tickets through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticketing System
In compliance with the provisions of article 4, no. 1, p) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14 in its current wording, Correia & Santinha, Lda. informs that the user, in As a consumer, you cannot freely terminate the ticket purchase contract concluded remotely through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticketing Service, as the services that are contracted are services related to leisure activities with a specific execution date, specifically, the date on the tickets issued.
Without prejudice, the User may cancel the tickets they have purchased and request a refund in accordance with the provisions of clause 11 of these General Ticket Sales Conditions.
11. Cancellation, Refund and Date Change
As a general rule, the ticket(s) purchased will not be canceled and/or refunded, nor can the date of its use be changed, after 3pm on the second calendar day prior to the date for which the ticket(s) ) ticket(s) were originally purchased.
If the request for cancellation of purchased tickets is not made by the User within the period mentioned above, Correia & Santinha, Lda. is not obliged to refund and/or change the date of use of the ticket(s).
11.1. Date change
Any and all changes to the date of use of the purchased ticket(s) will be subject to the maximum capacity of Slide & Splash for the desired day, defined in accordance with the safety rules imposed by law and health authorities .
In the case of a change of date from low season to high season, according to the current calendar, you must first contact the Reservations department and after confirming the change in date, the User must go to the Reception at the park entrance on the day of the visit. to pay the difference in value. In the event of a change of date from high season to low season, the difference in value is not refundable.
If the User wishes to change the date of use of the previously purchased ticket(s) under the terms indicated above, they must contact the reservations department of Correia & Santinha, Lda. by 3:00 pm on the second calendar day prior to the date for which the ticket(s) were originally purchased through the following contacts:

The reservations department operates every day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during the park's annual opening period. During the park's annual closure period, Reserves operate from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
cancellation and refund
If the User wishes to cancel and refund the price paid in return for the ticket(s) previously purchased under the terms indicated above, they must contact Correia & Santinha, Lda. via email at info@slidesplash.com .
The amount to be reimbursed by Correia & Santinha, Lda. will only correspond to the price paid in return only for the previously purchased park entrance tickets and, consequently, this amount will be net of the reservation fee of 10%. Locker, cabin and transport rental services are, under any circumstances, non-refundable.
The refund of the price paid by the User in return for the canceled ticket(s) will be made by Correia & Santinha, Lda. within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after acceptance of the cancellation and refund request and , whenever possible, through the same payment method that was used by the User when purchasing the ticket(s).
For the purposes of refunding payments made via credit card (VISA or Mastercard) to the account of the credit card holder used when purchasing the ticket(s), the User must send the email requesting the cancellation and refund provide the following information:
• Order/purchase order number.
In the case of payments made via the Multibanco system (ATM), which is only available for cards associated with bank accounts opened with Portuguese banking institutions, the refund of the amount paid in return for the ticket(s) canceled in the meantime will be made via bank transfer, and the User must provide the following information in the email they send requesting cancellation and refund:
• Order/purchase order number;
• Copy of proof of payment;
• NIB/IBAN of the bank account; It is

In the case of payments made via the MBWay system, which is only available for cards associated with bank accounts opened with Portuguese banking institutions, the refund of the amount paid in return for the ticket(s) canceled in the meantime will be made automatically. by the same route, that is, to the account of the bank card holder associated with the MBWay system, and the User must provide the following information in the email they send requesting cancellation and refund:
• Order/purchase order number;
12. Respect for the Slide & Splash Park Rules and Slide & Splash Internal Regulations
The Slide & Splash Park Rules and the Slide & Splash Internal Regulations constitute an integral part of these General Ticket Sales Conditions and comprise rules that are intended to guarantee the normal functioning of the Slide & Splash Park, safety, well-being and the rights of all Users who have access to the Slide & Splash Park, and must therefore be promptly respected by the User within the Slide & Splash Park premises.
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may withdraw the right of access to the Park to any User who acts in violation of the Slide & Splash Park Rules, without being owed any compensation due to such circumstance.
Correia & Santinha is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting directly and exclusively from non-compliance with the Slide & Splash Park Rules and the Slide & Splash Internal Regulations.
13. Use of Slide & Splash Park User’s Image
Press and social media reports may take place within the Slide & Splash venue and, at times, Correia & Santinha, Lda. may capture photographic and/or videographic images to create promotional content aimed at publicizing the Slide & Splash Park. Splash through media, internet, on the Slide & Splash website and social networks, and it may not be possible to issue advance notice.
Additionally, the User may have access to a photography service that is provided by a third party company directly to Users in certain duly marked photographic spots, with the capture, reproduction, editing, communication to the public, making available and displaying photographs for acquisition by the User are the exclusive responsibility of said company.
14. Review of the General Ticket Sales Conditions
Correia & Santinha, Lda. may revise these General Ticket Sales Conditions without prior notice, publishing the revised General Ticket Sales Conditions on the Slide & Splash website and posting them at points of sale.
However, the General Ticket Sales Conditions that are in force on the date of ticket purchase and, in the case of purchasing tickets through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, that are published at the time the User completes their ticket order purchased through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticket Office, will govern the purchase and sale of these same tickets.
15. Completeness
The Privacy Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Slide & Splash Website and the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticketing Service whenever the User purchases ticket(s) through the Slide & Splash Electronic Ticketing Service, constitute integral parts of these General Conditions of Ticket Sales.
The contract between Correia & Santinha, Lda. and the User subject to these General Ticket Sales Conditions is considered to be concluded at the time of confirmation of the order or purchase order by the User.
16. Reduction
If any clause of these General Conditions of Sale of Tickets is declared totally or partially invalid or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness will only affect the specific provision or part thereof so declared, all other parts of these General Conditions of Ticket remaining in force. 17. Language
These General Ticket Sales Conditions are also presented in English, French and Spanish. In case of divergence between the versions written in Portuguese, on the one hand, and in English, French or Spanish, on the other hand, the version written in Portuguese will prevail.
18. Lei e Foro
In all matters not governed by these terms and conditions, Portuguese law shall apply.
In the event of a dispute over the interpretation or application of these conditions, the courts of Portimão will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the User, as a consumer, being able to resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
